The swimming section immediately reflects the beauty of the location. In the middle of the Haarlemmermeerse Bos, a swimming course has been set out in the recreational lake. In the middle of this beautiful nature, you swim one or two laps before you can start the cycling course.

Middle Distance 1 laps: 90 km

Once on your bike, you leave the Haarlemmermeerse Bos. You then arrive at the wide closed roads of the Haarlemmermeer. After you have been able to cycle at full speed for the first eleven kilometers, it is time to step it up a notch. The next two kilometers you will cycle along one of the runways of Schiphol. While the planes land next to you, it is a good moment for you to give it some extra gas. As soon as you have left this parallel road, you return to the main road and cycle straight ahead in one line towards the end of the round.

That is where the Middle Distance continue their journey towards the famous Rondje Ringvaart, a 60KM loop along the river. A beautiful and fast course!

The run takes you over a truly beautiful course. On paved roads, you first run along the recreational lake through the Haarlemmermeerse Bos. Then you come to the Groene Weelde, where you run around the famous pyramid Spotters Hill, through the Prins Bernhard Bos, over the Mysteryland festival grounds and back to the Haarlemmermeerse Bos where the finish awaits.
