JULY 11, 2026
MIDDLE DISTANCE, OLYMPIC & SPRINT
In 2026, during the 7th edition, the Half Distance will also be held for the first time! Unfortunately last minute we cant make the 1 lap loop around Rondje Ringvaart this years edition because of unexpected road works and repairs. But we will present you a nice alternative and are promised to get the full lap in 2027! The Olympic and Sprint participants will also enjoy this new course!
The summery atmosphere of the sandy beach, swimming in crystal-clear water, and a stroll through the beautiful former Floriade grounds make it all perfect!

DTS HLMRMEER is organized in the Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp. Parking at DTS HLMRMEER is free. For navigation to the parking lot:
Paviljoenlaan 1 in Cruquius.
From the car park it's a 5 min walk: follow the signs 'Dutch Triathlon Series'.
The 7th edition of this triathlon runs through the beautiful Haarlemmermeerse Bos! This unique location has all the right ingredients for a wonderful triathlon: swimming in the recreational lake, cycling along the wide roads of the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, and running through the beautiful nature of the forest.
Below are the courses. The first map is the 30K lap for the MD with an extra loop. Below that the Olympic/Sprint course. Pretty much the same but without that little loop. The Sprint Course is the same as the OD course but consists of 1 swimming lap (750m), 1 cycling lap (23.5km) and 1 running lap (5km).
Click on 'BIKE COURSE' in the top left to discover the different courses.
SPRINT & OLYMPIC DISTANCE

swimming
Sprint Distance 1 lap: 750m
OD Distance 2 rounds: 1500m
Middle Distance 2 rounds: 1900m
The swimming component immediately showcases the beauty of the location. A swimming course has been set up in the recreational lake in the middle of the Haarlemmermeerse Bos. Surrounded by this beautiful nature, you swim one or two laps before starting the cycling course.
Sprint: 1 lap
Olympic: 2 laps
Middle: 2 laps
BIKE
Sprint Distance 1 lap: 23.5 km
OD Distance 2 laps: 47 km
Middle Distance 1 lap: 90 km
Once on your bike, you ride out of the Haarlemmermeerse Bos. You then enter the wide, completely closed roads of the municipality of Haarlemmermeer. After having already been able to cycle at full speed for the first eleven kilometers, it is time to step it up a notch. For the next two kilometers, you ride alongside one of Schiphol's runways. While the planes land beside you, it is a great moment for you to really step on the gas. Where the Sprint and OD return towards the Start Bike, the Half Distance heads towards the dike to cycle the famous Ringvaart Loop. A beautiful 60 km loop that is made almost entirely traffic-free for you!
Sprint: 1 lap
Olympic: 2 laps
Middle: 3 laps
RUN
Sprint Distance 1 lap: 5 km
OD Distance 2 laps: 10 km
Middle Distance 4 laps: 21 km
The final running segment leads you over a truly beautiful course. You first run along paved roads past the recreational lake through the Haarlemmermeerse Bos. Next, you reach the Groene Weelde, where you run around the famous Spotters pyramid and through the Prins Bernhard Bos, across the Mysteryland festival grounds, back to the Haarlemmermeerse Bos where the finish awaits.
Sprint: 1 lap
Olympic: 2 laps
Halve: 4 laps
