INFORMATION

Curious about what to expect during DTS HLMRMEER? You will receive the extended version of the participant information the week prior to the event. Read some practical info below!

ADDRESS

DTS HLMRMEER is organized in the Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp. Parking at the DTS HLMRMEER is free. For navigation to the car park:
Paviljoenlaan 1 in Cruquius. From the car park: follow the “Registration” signs.

PICK UP BIB

You can collect your bib on the day of the event at the registration tent on the event site. You will receive a package from us with all the necessities. 

DISTANCES

1 JULY 2023

For the 4th year, this event is organized for both the novice and the more trained triathlete! The distances for the sprint and Olympic distance are as follows:

– Sprint triathlon: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run

– Olympic distance triathlon: 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run

BIKE RENT

Don’t have a racing bike? No problem! Participants in the DTS competitions can rent a racing bike for €60.

When you register you can indicate that you want to use this. You can also request this later by logging in to your Njuko environment.

FACILITIES AT START/FINISH

The competition area is located at the sandy beach on the beautiful swimming water of the Haarlemmermeerse Bos. There are catering establishments on and around this site and you can look around the expo.

Bring as many supporters as you can imagine. The event area is also a wonderful place for them, where they can encourage you and enjoy the wonderful summer atmosphere themselves.

TEMPERATURE

About one week before DTS HLMRMEER we will carry out a first measurement of the water temperature. As soon as it is known, we will post it on our Facebook page and on this website. The rules for wearing a wetsuit:

– Temperature below 15 degrees: wetsuit mandatory

– Temperature between 15 and 22 degrees: wetsuit not mandatory, but allowed

– Temperature above 22 degrees: wetsuit prohibited

When you register it is possible to rent a wetsuit for € 40. Already registered but still need a wetsuit? No problem! Until registration closes (on Tuesday 12 May), you can still log in to your Njuko environment and still rent a wetsuit.
